The
Apartment
|
The apartment is just a short 10 minute ride from
Tenerife South Airport. It is ideal for couples, small families, and golfing holidays. It is a great base from which to explore
the island. If you wish to hire a car, there is off road parking in
front of the apartment - rare for Tenerife. Why not hire a car before you arrive
- you
can do it
online just click here. The Apartment is next to the heart of Tenerife's most prestigious golf course
- Golf Del Sur and
adjacent to the San Blas commercial centre with its many restaurants, tapas
bars, Fish and Chip Shop (!)/Fish Restaurant, British bars offering various
entertainment, supermarkets, car hire, video/DVD hire, and
Taboo's night club. The apartment is just a
10 minute drive from Los Cristianos and a short drive to Los Abrigos - the
local fishing village offering some of the best fish restaurants on the
island and to the El Medano beaches. See the photo on the right.
If the
apartment is not booked we will let you stay until you need go to the
airport helping you make the most of your holiday.
Unlike the holiday companies who use the complex we
do not charge for "extras" such
as fans, the TV(!), the iron and ironing board, toaster, microwave, and the
safe - they come included.
We also provide a welcome pack of Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk and Water for you on
your arrival.

Sleeping up to 4 (this can be extended to 5 for a baby or small child - you can bring your own travel cot/bed or we can arrange for one to be hired and
paid for locally, (it will be there for you on arrival), our ground floor 1 bedroom apartment
is spacious, well equipped, with a terrace. It is bright and airy with Canarian
style pinewood furniture throughout.

The
Lounge/Dining Area
This spacious area has a sofa, that converts into a double sofa
bed (with storage drawer), chair, pinewood dining table & chairs for
4, coffee tables, ceiling fan, decent size television (not the
tiny 12" inch portables you sometimes get), Mini Hi-Fi system and a DVD player.
There is a small library of books as we ask guests to leave any read books behind. The
TV has free British television - BBC1 & 2, ITV1, C4 & C5

The
Kitchen Area
The American style pinewood fitted kitchen and breakfast bar has a 4-ring
electric hob, toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge. Cooking
utensils, pots and pans, cutlery and crockery are
supplied. Please note
some of the apartments on the complex have charged to hire a toaster,
kettle & the microwave!!! We do not.

The
Bathroom
 The
bathroom has a bath with shower, illuminated marble topped vanity/washbasin, WC & washing machine.
We
have installed a 75 liter water heater, which is 3 times larger than the
average for holiday apartments, meaning there is plenty of hot water for those who
prefer baths to showers.
Towels are supplied.

The
Bedroom
The
bedroom has a double bed (something that is not always found in 1
bedroom apartments), 2 pinewood bedside cabinets, radio alarm clock, full-length
pinewood fitted wardrobe, ceiling fan, iron, ironing board, safe (free -
again many apartments on Tenerife charge for the safe) and hair
dryer.
There
is plenty of room under the bed or in the wardrobe to store your suitcases
keeping everything tidy and out of sight.

All Linen &
Towels are provided. If you wish to have a midweek change this is just £10 per
person per change.
A
food pack can be arranged - available to your requirements at cost price.
Outside
|
The
French doors lead from the lounge to the sun terrace that has patio
furniture. Great for al fresco breakfasts and meals. |

The entrance to
our Apartment has no steps leading up to the front door. The
apartment and complex is suitable for those with walking difficulties |

There
is off road parking in front of the apartment which is rare for Tenerife.
This is complemented by a car park on the other side of the complex. |
